- LEGITIMATE: pursuing the legitimate interests of PARISGOLD SRL. or a third party, according to art. 6 par. 1 letter f of the GDPR respectively: contract management, internal reporting, resolving complaints, defending the rights of PARISGOLD SRL. (prevention and detection of fraud attempts, recovery of receivables, formulation of defenses before state bodies);
- MARKETING: sending Newsletters and/or periodic alerts, or any other information regarding PARISGOLD SRL products. if the provisions of art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR are complied with, respectively if we have the consent of the Customers/Buyers/Visitors of our website in this regard.

In the event that you are a Customer/Buyer, personal data will generally be processed throughout the duration of the contractual relationship. The storage period is 6 years, according to ANAF regulations and can be extended according to the warranty period available for each product (maximum 10 years).
Certain categories of data will be processed for the period provided for in the legal provisions, and in the case of a dispute, until its final resolution.
