7. Complaints and returns

Please make all complaints regarding missing items in the package or incorrect billing within 3 days of receiving the package.

You will not incur any additional charges other than postage or courier costs upon return. We do not assume responsibility for complaints received after this period.

8. Return Policy

According to Article 9 paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the products/the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse any sums we have received from you, with the exception of the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of reimbursement; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the products or hand them over to us directly at the ADDRESS Sat Valea Stalpului 2, Teisani, 107599, Prahova Romania, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline shall be met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, quality and functioning of the products.
