* The product is sent disassembled and installation is the responsibility of the customer.
* The necessary installation diagram for simple and trouble-free installation, a material bag compatible with the installation diagram of all screws and accessories are included in the packages.
* For fast and error-free installation, there are part numbers compatible with the installation diagram on the part.
* When your cargo is delivered, if there is a deformation in the product package or a situation that may damage the product, open the package together with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products.
* If you see any damage to your products, ask the cargo officer to keep a report and do not accept the package. The products for which a report is kept will be delivered to us by the cargo company and the products will be replaced free of charge.
* If you request a spare parts service for damaged parts, the relevant parts will be sent to you.
